COCONUT CREEK, Fla. — 01 Sptember, 2026 — Well Labs+ Medspa Coconut Creek is marking ten years in business this year, capping a decade of growth that began as Hello Gorgeous, a boutique injectables practice founded in 2016 by Dr. Valentina Shtefan, DMS, PA-C. In 2025, the practice completed its transition to Well Labs+ Medspa, becoming the first location in the growing Well Labs+ network to carry the new name.
Dr. Shtefan opened the original practice with a focus on neuromodulator treatments and full-face balancing. In 2019, the business expanded into a full-service medspa, adding technologies such as Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling, IPL laser therapy, and laser hair removal. In 2023, the practice joined the Well Labs+ network, a partnership the company describes as focused on supporting licensed aesthetic providers, elevating clinical standards, and expanding access to advanced treatments across Florida. The rebrand to Well Labs+ Medspa Coconut Creek followed in 2025.
The practice remains at its original address, 5463 Lyons Rd, Suite H in Coconut Creek, and continues to be led day-to-day by Dr. Shtefan, now a national trainer for Revance, alongside nurse practitioner Madison Thomas, MSN, APRN, and licensed esthetician and laser technician Kimberly LaRocco. Dr. Jaime I. Flores, MD, a board-certified plastic, cosmetic, and reconstructive surgeon and president and CEO of Aesthetic & Reconstructive Surgeons, serves as the practice’s medical director.
Today, Well Labs+ Medspa Coconut Creek offers injectables including wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and Biofiller; energy-based treatments such as Morpheus8, IPL, and SkinPen microneedling; skin services including Diamond Glow and signature facials and chemical peels; and physician-supervised wellness programs including medical weight loss and peptide therapy. The practice serves patients throughout Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, and Boca Raton.
